  1. Port Jefferson Elementary School found a way to benefit the students’ mental health and emotional being by using therapy dogs that visit classes weekly. The idea emerged three years ago when students dealt with COVID-19 stress and remote learning. The school’s psychology teacher started bringing dogs to keep kids happy. The idea was so successful that it became a weekly program. (News 12 New Jersey)
  2. Port Jefferson Retailers Association is getting ready to give all shoppers in the community two days of great deals! The Sidewalk Sale will be held on May 28-29! (PJCofC)
